Foundation litter
This is the first litter of the Palouse Farm Dog project — a long-term cross we're building. We place based on fit, not first-come-first-served. Individual puppies will vary.
Takes about 90 seconds. Your request is sent to us before any deposit checkout step opens.
What we'll do
Reserving a dog is a long-term thing. Here's our end of it.
Usually same day. A real message from one of us, not an auto-responder.
If we don't think one of these puppies works for your home, we'll say so before you put down a deposit.
Photos, weights, and notes every week so you can watch your puppy grow.
Pickup in the Spokane area on June 13 (or close to it). You'll know what to bring and what to expect.
If anything ever changes — life, health, anything — the puppy comes back to us. Never a shelter.
Go-Home Folder
Each puppy goes home with a simple care folder and transition kit, including records, care notes, and practical information for the first days at home.
Puppies go home with their first age-appropriate 5-way puppy vaccine, deworming record, weekly weight chart, and next-care instructions. New families should continue boosters, rabies, and future care with their own veterinarian.
We recommend each family schedule a wellness visit with their own veterinarian shortly after pickup to establish care and continue the puppy vaccine schedule.
Raised With Records
These puppies are raised on our farm with daily handling, family interaction, outdoor time, and normal farm sights and sounds. We track weekly weights, provide basic early care records, and help match each puppy with the right home based on personality, timing, and fit.

How It Works
01
Tell us a little about your home, timing, and what you're looking for.
02
We'll help you decide which puppy may be the best fit.
03
A $250 deposit reserves your puppy after availability and fit are confirmed, and is applied toward that puppy's tier price ($1,300–$1,700).
04
At pickup, you'll receive your puppy's records, care notes, current food, and transition items.
Best fit
Acreage, rural homes, hobby farms, and families with a real yard. They don't need livestock to be happy — they do need space, time, and a family ready for a large dog.
Land, livestock to watch, or just the room a 100 lb adult dog needs to be comfortable.
Chickens, goats, horses, a small orchard. Dogs comfortable around animals, equipment, and chores.
Country property with a secure yard. Active families that spend time outside with the dog every day.
Fit matters more than the address. A family in Spokane with a secure yard and time outdoors can work better than 40 acres with no attention.
Health, Support & Take-Back
We try to be straight with families about health, support, and what happens if life changes years from now. This page is the honest version, in plain language.
Each puppy is believed healthy at pickup and goes home with age-appropriate early care records. We recommend each family schedule a wellness visit with their veterinarian shortly after pickup to establish care and continue the puppy vaccine schedule.
8-week wellness check details will be added once finalized.
For the first 30 days after pickup, we're available by text, email, or chat for transition questions — feeding, sleep, house training, vet questions, and anything that comes up early. Real support, not a one-way handoff.
If at any point in this dog's life you can no longer keep them, we ask that you contact us first. We will take the dog back rather than have them surrendered to a shelter. No shelters. We'd rather drive to pick the dog up than have them end up in a system built for a different kind of problem.
We do not guarantee adult size, temperament, guarding behavior, livestock behavior, or working ability. Individual puppies will vary.
Deposit policy
The deposit, the balance, and pickup. Written so there's no small print.
That's the whole policy. If something doesn't sit right or you want it explained, call or text us before you put down a deposit.
