What we'll do

From first message to pickup day.

Reserving a dog is a long-term thing. Here's our end of it.

  • We reply within 24 hours

Usually same day. A real message from one of us, not an auto-responder.

  • We'll tell you if it's not a fit

If we don't think one of these puppies works for your home, we'll say so before you put down a deposit.

  • Weekly updates until pickup

Photos, weights, and notes every week so you can watch your puppy grow.

  • Pickup, planned ahead

Pickup in the Spokane area on June 13 (or close to it). You'll know what to bring and what to expect.

  • Take-back commitment for life

If anything ever changes — life, health, anything — the puppy comes back to us. Never a shelter.

Go-Home Folder

What Each Puppy Goes Home With

Each puppy goes home with a simple care folder and transition kit, including records, care notes, and practical information for the first days at home.

Puppies go home with their first age-appropriate 5-way puppy vaccine, deworming record, weekly weight chart, and next-care instructions. New families should continue boosters, rabies, and future care with their own veterinarian.

We recommend each family schedule a wellness visit with their own veterinarian shortly after pickup to establish care and continue the puppy vaccine schedule.

  • Microchip implanted, with QR code for instant registration to your family
  • Weekly weight record from birth until pickup
  • First age-appropriate 5-way puppy vaccine record
  • Deworming record
  • Dates, products, and next-care reminders
  • Feeding instructions and current food information
  • A few days of current puppy food to help with transition
  • Parent photos and short parent descriptions
  • Puppy personality notes
  • Early exposure checklist
  • Small scent blanket or towel from the litter
  • Pickup receipt / simple bill of sale
  • Take-back commitment — if life changes, the puppy comes home to us, never a shelter
  • Free 30-day post-pickup support — call or text Adam any time

How It Works

Simple Placement Process

Ask About Fit →
  1. 01

    Contact us

Tell us a little about your home, timing, and what you're looking for.

  2. 02

    Confirm fit and availability

We'll help you decide which puppy may be the best fit.

  3. 03

    Place deposit

A $250 deposit reserves your puppy after availability and fit are confirmed, and is applied toward that puppy's tier price ($1,300–$1,700).

  4. 04

    Pickup and go-home folder

At pickup, you'll receive your puppy's records, care notes, current food, and transition items.

Best fit

Who these puppies are for.

Acreage, rural homes, hobby farms, and families with a real yard. They don't need livestock to be happy — they do need space, time, and a family ready for a large dog.

Acreage homes

Land, livestock to watch, or just the room a 100 lb adult dog needs to be comfortable.

Hobby farms

Chickens, goats, horses, a small orchard. Dogs comfortable around animals, equipment, and chores.

Rural family homes

Country property with a secure yard. Active families that spend time outside with the dog every day.

Families in town with a real yard

Fit matters more than the address. A family in Spokane with a secure yard and time outdoors can work better than 40 acres with no attention.

Health, Support & Take-Back

What we promise — and what we don't.

We try to be straight with families about health, support, and what happens if life changes years from now. This page is the honest version, in plain language.

Health at pickup

Each puppy is believed healthy at pickup and goes home with age-appropriate early care records. We recommend each family schedule a wellness visit with their veterinarian shortly after pickup to establish care and continue the puppy vaccine schedule.

  • Puppies are not microchipped at pickup. We leave that decision to you and your veterinarian.

8-week wellness check details will be added once finalized.

30-day support after pickup

For the first 30 days after pickup, we're available by text, email, or chat for transition questions — feeding, sleep, house training, vet questions, and anything that comes up early. Real support, not a one-way handoff.

Take-back commitment

If at any point in this dog's life you can no longer keep them, we ask that you contact us first. We will take the dog back rather than have them surrendered to a shelter. No shelters. We'd rather drive to pick the dog up than have them end up in a system built for a different kind of problem.

We do not guarantee adult size, temperament, guarding behavior, livestock behavior, or working ability. Individual puppies will vary.

Deposit policy

Plain terms.

The deposit, the balance, and pickup. Written so there's no small print.

The deposit
A flat $250, placed through a secure Stripe checkout after we've confirmed availability with you.
What the deposit does
Your deposit formally holds a specific named puppy in your name. It is not a place in a waitlist — it is your puppy from that moment forward.
How it applies
Fully applied toward your puppy's tier price ($1,300–$1,700, depending on tier) at pickup. Your remaining balance is your puppy's tier price minus the $250 you've already placed.
Transferable for life of this litter
Your deposit moves to another puppy in this litter, or to a future litter we raise — your choice. Not refundable if you change your mind entirely, but never wasted as long as you stay with us.
If your puppy becomes unavailable on our end
If something happens on our side and we can't place the puppy you reserved, your full deposit moves to another available puppy or a future litter. Your choice.
If you change your mind
If you walk away, we keep the deposit. The puppy was off the market while you were deciding.
Final balance
The remaining balance is due at pickup. We accept cash, electronic transfer, or Stripe card payment — whichever is easiest for you.
Pickup scheduling
Pickup is coordinated directly with us in the Spokane area. The temporary ready date is June 13, assuming continued good health. You'll receive a clear window with plenty of lead time, feeding notes, and everything you need for your first weeks at home.

That's the whole policy. If something doesn't sit right or you want it explained, call or text us before you put down a deposit.
