Our Commitment

What you can expect from us.

Reserving a puppy is a meaningful decision. This is how we hold up our end from the first message through pickup day.

  • Prompt, personal communication

We reply within 24 hours, typically the same day. No auto-responses, no queues — just a personal message back.

  • Thoughtful placement

We'd rather take time to place a puppy in the right home than rush to move one. Expect honest guidance on which of our puppies suits your household.

  • Weekly updates until pickup

Photos, weight checks, and short personality notes every week so you never wonder how your puppy is doing between now and pickup day.

  • Clear pickup coordination

We coordinate pickup in the Spokane area with real lead time. You'll know exactly what to bring and what to expect before your drive out.

  • Honest answers, no pressure

If a puppy isn't the right fit for your home, we'll say so. We'd rather wait for the right match than place the wrong dog.

Go-Home Folder

What Each Puppy Goes Home With

Each puppy goes home with a simple care folder and transition kit, including records, care notes, and practical information for the first days at home.

Puppies go home with their first age-appropriate 5-way puppy vaccine, deworming record, weekly weight chart, and next-care instructions. New families should continue boosters, rabies, and future care with their own veterinarian.

We recommend each family schedule a wellness visit with their own veterinarian shortly after pickup to establish care and continue the puppy vaccine schedule.

  • Weekly weight record from birth until pickup
  • First age-appropriate 5-way puppy vaccine record
  • Deworming record
  • Dates, products, and next-care reminders
  • Feeding instructions and current food information
  • A few days of current puppy food to help with transition
  • Parent photos and short parent descriptions
  • Puppy personality notes
  • Early exposure checklist
  • Small scent blanket or towel from the litter
  • Pickup receipt / simple bill of sale
  • Our contact information for transition questions

Best-fit homes

Who this litter is best suited for.

This is a substantial, guardian-minded cross with a strong Pyrenees foundation. It's built for buyers who want presence, character, and real-life farm-family compatibility.

Acreage homes

Owners with land, livestock to watch over, or simply the room that a substantial, calm, guardian-minded dog fits naturally into.

Hobby farms

Households with chickens, goats, horses, or a small orchard who want a dog comfortable around animals, chores, and the rhythm of daily farm life.

Rural families

Country homes looking for a substantial, loyal companion that settles into family life with quiet confidence and steady presence.

Buyers who value substance and purpose

People who want a dog chosen for guardian instinct, real-world versatility, and temperament over trend — not a pet-shop-polished companion.

Deposit Policy

Clear, honest terms.

Everything you need to know about the holding deposit, balance, and pickup — written plainly, without the small print.

The deposit
A flat $400, placed through a secure Stripe checkout after we've confirmed availability with you.
What the deposit does
Your deposit formally holds a specific named puppy in your name. It is not a place in a waitlist — it is your puppy from that moment forward.
How it applies
Fully applied toward your puppy's $1,700 final price at pickup. Your remaining balance is your puppy's total price minus the $400 you've already placed.
Refunds and transfers
Deposits are non-refundable, but they are fully transferable within this litter and to any future litter we raise.
If your puppy becomes unavailable on our end
If, for any reason on our side, we can no longer place the puppy you reserved with you, your full deposit is transferred to another available puppy or to a future litter — entirely your choice.
If you change your mind
If you decide not to move forward, we retain the deposit. This is how we protect the puppy from being held, released, and re-held, and it keeps the process fair for the next family in line.
Final balance
The remaining balance is due at pickup. We accept cash, electronic transfer, or Stripe card payment — whichever is easiest for you.
Pickup scheduling
Pickup is coordinated directly with us in the Spokane area. The temporary ready date is June 13, assuming continued good health. You'll receive a clear window with plenty of lead time, feeding notes, and everything you need for your first weeks at home.

This is how we work — simple, personal, and written down so there are no surprises. If anything here doesn't sit right or you want something explained before you reserve, reach out. We'd rather have a real conversation than rush anyone to checkout.
